Shipping & Returns

Shipping Policy

To insure that you receive the item with hassle free, we purchase shipping insurance for all International Shipment, purchase signature confirmation for Shipments over $250, and purchase delivery confirmation for all Shipments. We purchase such services with wholesale volume discount, and we charge customer at our cost.

You may request us not to provide such services to reduce the shipping fees, but you will then be responsible for any damage or even total lost during shipping, so this option is not recommended.

We process the shipment within 1 business day after the payment is received and cleared. In most cases, order will be processed within few hours during normal business hour.

United States Postal Service (USPS)

We ship worldwide. The majority of our domestic shipments are via USPS Priority Mail, and International shipments are via USPS Express Mail International and USPS Priority Mail International. Most international shipping and handling fees are calculated automatically according to your location.

United Parcel Service (UPS/FeDex)

Upon customer request, we also use United Parcel Service (UPS) and FeDex. However we recommend USPS since it is generally cheaper. UPS/FeDex shipping are arranged after the sale, and shipping charges may need to be adjusted. If shipping charges are adjusted, a new invoice will be provided to customer, and new payment will need to be made before shipping.

FREE and or FIXED PRICE shipping

Free and or fixed price shipping will be done through the shipping carrier of our choice, which may include USPS Priority, First Class, Parcel Post, or UPS, DHL, Fedex. Free and Fixed Price shipping applies ONLY to items specifically stated as being shipped for free or with a fixed price. Free and Fixed Price shipping fees may not cover insurance. Free and Fixed Price shipping applies to shipment ONLY within the 50 contiguous states.

Return Policy

1. If your item is damaged upon arrival, email us the photos of the damages with the packing material. We will file a claim with the carrier and insurance company within 2 business day. Please keep the damaged items with the box. The carrier may come to inspect.

2. Please inspect the item(s) and check it with our online listing (Most important is the OE Number). If we shipped the wrong parts that you didn't order, we will issue you the prepaid shipping labels to send it back, and we will send you a correct part. You may also ship back to us with your own shipping label, and we will issue you full refund. If you order the wrong parts, you may ship it back and pay for the shipping & handling fee. In order to avoid wrong order, we suggest you to provide your VIN (Vehicle ID Number) before purchasing so we can verify the parts you need.

3. Some items require professional skills, equipments and tools to install, so we recommend you ask a certified professional person or auto shop to install the parts. We do not accept claims if you have installed/painted the items. We also do not compensate expenses included but not limited to medical expenses, labor expenses, towing cost, repair expenses, rental car expenses or other related expenses caused by wrong installation/inspection procedures or wrong part ordering.

4. All item shipped have been inspected in detail to avoid any manufacturer flaw, and we guarantee you will be satisfied with any and all purchases from us. If you do not like our products, we will issue refund, less shipping and handling fees and 10% restocking fee. Refund request must be made within 14 days of the merchandise received date.

Shipping damage and lost in transit must be reported and filed in writing with us immediately. These will benefit you in getting your items reshipped sooner. Please keep the item(s) and take the photos with the packing material and email to us. We will reply within 24-48 hours.
